Welcome to MY SHUTERBLOG!

I know it should be called Shutter Bug, but I thought SHUTTERBLOG would be more to the point. After all I am trying to create a blog here and I am a photographer!

I am fortunate enough to live in one of the most beautiful places, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Redwood Shores is just about 25 miles south of the big city. It is built on land fill so practically I live out on the bay.  Surrounded by levies and lagoons when I go for my walks taking my camera with me is a must. Never know what might come up.  A squadron of white pelicans landing on the pond by Radio Road, or the trees are shrouded in the morning fog. There is mystique and adventure in every outing. So come along and enjoy the flora and fauna and nature’s wonders.
